• Every apartment has the possibility of having 2 extra beds added, for a charge of 15€ / bed / day.
• Prices are per apartment, per day. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. (IVA 16% not included)
• 50% deposit is required upon reservation. The balance to be paid when the keys are picked up
• There is a surcharge of 30€ / 1 bedroom apartment, 50€ / 2 bedroom apartment and 100€ / 3 bedroom apartment for all bookings of less than 5 nights
• We also charge 300 euros as a deposit, which will be returned to the client, if the apartment is in a good condition when leaving. For the apartment DM233 the deposit is 1500 euros.
  
• West wind rentals cannot be held responsible for any loss of valuable goods
• Check out time is 12.00 midday. Check in time is 17.00 (5.00 PM). Other times possible by prior arrangements only.

Reservation cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do it a month before its beginning. In that case we reimburse your deposit substracting the money tranfer costs from it.

If the cancellation takes place later, for example in case you can´t travel due to an illness, we request a medical certificate for discapacity to travel by plane. If the flight is cancelled, we need a certificate from the airline.
